Check items:
1) Check the entrance and exit of the handrail;
2) Check whether the running speed of the handrail is synchronized with the steps;
3) Check the surface and inside of the handrail for obvious scars and signs of friction;
4) The tightness of the handrail;
5) Check the steering end of the handrail;
6) Check the handrail pulley group, supporting wheel and supporting wheel frame;
7) Check the armrest belt friction wheel;
8) Cleaning work inside and outside the handrail.
Inspection standards︰
1) Observe whether the handrail is in the middle of the entrance and exit when it runs up and down;
2) Whether the difference between the operating speed and the step operation meets the enterprise standard;
3) Check that the handrails have no exposed steel wires and sources of scars;
4) Whether the tension of the handrail conforms to the standard of the enterprise, if not, it can be adjusted;
5) The pulley group and supporting wheel must run freely, smoothly and without noise. Check the friction wheel for wear. The angle of the supporting wheel frame should not be greater than 90 degrees, and the height of the bearing on the supporting wheel frame should not be higher than the opening of the handrail;
Maintenance of handrails
Rubber handrail (black), if the surface of the handrail is dark and dull, it is recommended to use rubber polish (a cleaning emulsion for rubber floors), apply the polish to the surface, and polish it with a dry cloth after it dries That's it. The black gloss forms a protective layer on the surface to prevent rubber from aging.
